The Four of Swords is rest, reflection, and healing. The Knight of Wands, on the other hand, is passion, creativity, motion, things in the process of growing -- not very restful, but I very much got the feeling they went together nonetheless. I think either this is a first-a-then-b -- rest, relax, and restore yourself for some time dealing with things you're passionate about; or a a-through-b -- rest and restore yourself by taking time to focus on things you're passionate about.
