What is your favorite genre of music? or what do you find yourself listening to most, at the moment?

So I don't know if the point of this was a mix, so I'm taking it as a question? I will leave links instead if you'd like.

I'm really bad at pointing out genres of music, to be honest? I'm never quite sure what falls under what heading. I can tell you that I've been listening to a looooot of Broadway lately; but I've also been listening to Fall Out Boy radio on Pandora, which has a loooot of late 90s pop cropping up on it, and occasionally slipping into Sirena, who are really hard for me to classify, or Dessa, who I at least know is basically rap/hip-hop.

Genres are weird, okay. I get so much of my music by people sitting me down and going "listen to this!" that it's hard for me to classify a lot of it.

I listen to a lot of industrial and EBM - Assemblage 23, Eisbrecher, etc - but also slip sideways into 90s female singer-songwriters like Tori Amos, sometimes Seanan McGuire's songs, and then a bunch of other random things. Loreena McKennit, Florence and the Machine, I just jump around a lot.

Also some video game soundtracks, especially Final Fantasy XIV and Tales of Zestiria's OSTs.

You get... a lot more than 3, cause I vaguely feel like some of this is cheating somehow? Like that it's just too damn obvious to count for the most part, but it's what comes to mind? Also this is not a playlist so much as a collection of songs, so don't expect any flow here.

and unfortunately it's really hard for me to think of caretaker songs that are more about... being a caretaker than they are about talking to the people you take care of? But this is the closest I have, and I have... really deep chords that are struck by this song that I just can't explain:
