Some advice for the salesman aspect - don't think about it as selling, think of it as being there to tell people about the stuff you are selling. They already know if they want to spend money, they are just looking for the right thing to buy. And even if they don't buy, they will appreciate that you aren't hard-selling them, but are just happy and enthusiastic about your products.
From indie sellers and artists, a lot of people buy from "whoever seems nicest" or whomever they feel deserves their purchase. Don't be grumpy or pushy, just positive and excited about your product.
