[writing game!] come on, come one, come all

So I am stealing a writing game from the ever-wonderful thebonesofferalletters, because they are lovely and letting me and because I wanted the anonymity aspect, which I couldn't get by just poking in their comments as suggested. Here is theirs; I am basically stealing it wholesale. Except I went to 30. Why? Because narrowing down is hard. Also, I'm not doing the OC-a-day thing, so this is close! 9 (I think) verses represented, and a lot of characters are on here that I have not poked nearly enough.

Here's the game. I have a set of characters numbered from 1 to 30. You may ask them any questions you'd like, and you can keep the conversation going. You can ask them ICly or just as yourself. They will respond with an honest answer and as people ask questions, I will update the post whit who correlates to what number.

You can:

• ask multiple questions to one character.
  
• ask questions of as many characters as you'd like.
  
• ask the same question to different characters.
  
• ask more questions of characters that have already been revealed.
  
• ask additional/clarification/tangential questions in response to answers.
  
• jump in on another answer/conversation if the subject sounds interesting to you and/or your character.
  
• use original or fannish characters to ask/comment
  
• leave your own character for people to ask questions to if you want, be it as a list form or as a singular character who you would like to play with.

What are we calling artistic? I can paint. A little. I'm not very good. And I play music.

I'm pretty sure that's something out of a novel -- not even a good one, one of those really bad emo vampire novels -- but I like it.

I've been known to take a turn around the floor once in a while. Wouldn't say it's quite one of my strengths, but I'm not half bad.

You know what, of all the things in the world, zombies are one of the few I don't really worry about. I don't have a plan but get me a good gun and running shoes and I'm fine.

If my day is typical, I'm doing something wrong.

Wake up, maybe, if I've slept. Travel, if I'm on the road. Pass on a message, if one comes or I'm waiting for someone. Get to know the locals, if I've stopped or I do stop. Make an offering to Dad. Get back on the road, or find somewhere to stop.

There isn't much that doesn't depend on where I am.

... Do people really care about their names all that much? It's something to call me besides hey you with the glasses.

That's... an understatement. There's a hell of a lot I wish I could do that I can't. Change the past just to start with. Wipe a few things off the face of the Earth. Make a few problems go away, or take them on, something....

I think there's more I wish I could do than I actually can do, most days.
