I've got an incomplete plot in my head...

...two good friends visit a Carnivale party, where the masks make them both supremely talented at what they want to do, and utterly uninhibited about trying to get what they really want. Somehow this leads them both to the finals of a wrestling tournament with nudity requirements, where they work out their differences as well as their bodies.

Maybe you can fill in the characters and the details?
