(The description for the Queen for NV even suggests she might be a business owner of some kind.) So my take on this is that, now that you've started trying to do thing professionally and succeeded a couple of times, you feel like you have to fling straight into being the Queen of Pentacles -- super successful, stable and constant in your output if not in the financial sense, etc -- and that's making you freeze up. The truth is, it's a transition, not a jump, and you don't have to be there yet, but your own brain expects you to be there, and that's giving you problems.
How to Resolve It:Ten of Wands. I... am totally confused, Night Vale, why do you do this to me. If I had to take a guess on its own, I'd say that the message here is to rely on other people more: Ask for help, do communal writing things, ask people to make you accountable, even just ask for reassurance. You don't have to do things yourself; you have people who love and want to support you, so let them do that. (Other options include: Try and cut YOURSELF a little bit of slack. Also, since the illustration here is somebody running away from the grabbing hands and yellow ties of Strex, let me suggest: Focus on output and productivity is your enemy here; focus on enjoying yourself and the rest of it will come naturally.)
