This is 100% true. I'm trying to focus on hopeful, because I'm with family and also if I don't try and think good things can happen this year, I'm just not going to try. But most of my hopes are for my personal life and when I even try to look at them in context of the world in general, that's... much harder to try and be hopeful about.
