Took me a while to believe that, but I'm pretty proud of it at this point. (My brother is an aspiring chef and my mother has cooking in her ridiculously long list of jack-of-all-trade talents; I'm used to people who can figure out tasty combos off the top of their head and rarely measure. I lack these talents, but I'm trying to stop measuring myself with other people's yardsticks.)
