I often refer to this as the "crying over spilled milk" card. It's a time of loss and grief, often mourning someone or something lost; but it's also a reminder to take a look at what you still have, and not get hung up on what's gone. Take your time to cry and miss things - some grieving is natural and healthy - but also remember to cherish what's left, and to move forward instead of unhealthily getting endlessly tied up in the grief.
