It could also mean time to get your hands dirty, so to speak; shift your focus from theory and consideration to practice; personally that's the interpretation I lean towards, as a step forward from the Hierophant's much less hands on teachings. On the flip side, it might signal a time to get your more grounded ducks in a row, and take care of the mundane side of life before you focus on the spiritual, which is an interpretation tied closer to the next card:
