balsamandashhi still alive> still not really better than this morning_afternoon"s meltdown but i"ve been in something approaching this state for a fEw days> i went on a nostalgia trip instead of sleeping enough on saturday morning and it left me worse for the wear in a lot of ways and i"m stuck hard in the middle of the "isolated and feel nauseous at the very idea of trying to talk to people but desperately want deeper connections with them" stage that my depression likes to repeatedly throw me into> there"s other stuff too but i don"t need to sit here and bitch> notes:
