So if I wanted to dip my toe back into writing slowly by doing a lot of verse/story specific five things not!fic posts. (Both for fanfic and original. Mostly headcanon/plot notes but whatever I can get out really.)

Does anyone have interest in reading along with that? Trying to decide if I should just keep them private or what.

(PS: health update: I have antibiotics and am not in noteable pain for the first time since Saturday YAY. Gonna try and sleep after getting food.)

I've noticed that you ask for approval/permission/an audience before you write...well, anything. Why not just write it? Tell the stories in your fingers. Focus on the story and what you are creating because you are a creator. You don't need our permission or buy-in to create what you already have.

Mostly its the inability to believe that by existing I'm not annoying the crap out of people? The shapes my brain takes make everything I do feel like I need permission. I'm not good at ignoring it.

Also I tend to go through my journal regularly and statements of intent can remind me I meant to do a thing.

Although I was planning to do this either way, I'm just trying to decide if I'm doing it at people? Which is almost the same thing still, but... Yeah. Things. Words. I just woke up, sorry.
